You are cordially invited to participate in a three-day meeting about the regulation and activity of the RAD51 filament and its role in genomic stability. The meeting will take place in Fontenay-aux-Roses, near Paris, from September 30th to October 2nd, 2026.
This meeting is jointly organized by the CEA Institute of Cellular and Molecular Radiobiology and the ASNR Directorate of Research and Health Expertise at the Fontenay-aux-Roses campus, which is 20 minutes from the Paris-Montparnasse metro station.
The congress will focus on DNA repair, replication stress, and meiosis events that depend on Rad51 filament activity. Recent advances in Rad51 filament formation and regulation using in vitro and in vivo approaches across different organisms will be discussed. We hope this meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss this fascinating topic and foster new collaborations.
The program will include oral sessions featuring talks by invited speakers and presentation selected from submitted abstracts. Additionally, there will be a "virtual poster session" during which attendees will present their work in groups of two or three on their own laptops. All attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts.
The meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30th, and conclude at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2nd.
